Welcome to Lens Cleaning Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any related communications. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional residential, commercial, and specialised cleaning services in London, Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds. All services will be delivered as described at the time of booking and in accordance with your chosen package.
3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking form.

A deposit may be required for certain bookings.

Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed method.

Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the booking value.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure our cleaning team has safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Client Responsibilities

Please secure valuable and fragile items before cleaning.

Inform us in advance of any areas requiring special care.

Provide accurate information when booking to ensure the correct service is delivered.
7. Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost, subject to reasonable limitations.
8. Liability

We are insured for public liability.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

We are not liable for damage caused by defective equipment or cleaning products supplied by the client.
9. Health & Safety
We follow UK health and safety regulations and only use approved cleaning products. Our staff are trained to operate in a safe and professional manner.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
